Deliveries & Returns
As soon as your Cheeky order is received our elves are dispatched to work on it immediatley, normally within 24 hours via the Royal Mail. Please allow up to five working days for delivery within the UK. However if your Cheeky order is of an urgent nature then please let us know and we will see what we can do. Due to the exciting nature of your order, we have to use very boring packaging to avoid the postman or your close family coveting your goods, before you get your hands on them.
Standard First Class Recorded Delivery
Goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, which means they have to be signed for. Don't worry if you are not in, the nice postman will leave you a note explaining where to collect them or you can indicate a time when they can try again. Delivery charge is £3.95 per delivery.
Special Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery Is Guaranteed by 5.30pm the following working day by Royal Mail. You must place your order by 12 noon on the day of order. Please check that your items are all in stock before placing this order. To receive this service please click on this link
SPECIAL DELIVERY LINK . An extra £4.00 postage will be added to your cart. Your total postage will now be £7.95
Please note that this service is not available at weekends or public holidays and is only available to UK residents with a UK postcode. This service is not available for orders to The Republic Of Ireland.
All Special delivery goods will also need to be signed for.

Dispatch
In the unlikely event that your goods cannot be dispatched by the time you need them we will call you to discuss. If we are unable to obtain a phone number due to the customer being ex-directory then we will email you and If we can't make you happy a full refund will be given.
What Cheeky Celebrations Ltd Cannot Accept Respondsibility For
1. Incorrect Delivery Address supplied by you the customer. Should you supply us with the incorrect delivery address then it is not Cheeky Celebrations Ltd respondsibility to resend out your order to an alternative postal address unless the customer pays again for the new order and the postage costs.
2. Should nobody be available to sign for your package and you are left a note by Royal Mail advising you to collect your package from a local sorting office and you fail to do so within the specified time given by Royal Mail then your order will automatically be re-directed through their system and be sent to the Royal Mail returns centre. This process can take between 4-6 weeks. Should you wish your order to be re-sent (subject to availability of stock) and if we have not recieved your original package back from the Royal Mail returns centre we will send out a new order but only after having agreed with the customer a new postage / packaging and administration charge prior to the new package being sent out. The cost of this is £6.00 per order.
Cheeky Celebrations Ltd pride ourselves on being a fair and honest company and we have sympathetic ears when it comes to hearing problems however there are instances beyond our control where we cannot be held respondsible for.
Goods Return
We have a no quibble returns policy for up to 14 days following receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given if the goods are returned during this time in their original condition and packaging. The refund will not include the return postage and packaging. Should the goods be faulty or we have sent them in error, we will offer you a refund or replacement and refund return postage. We cannot accept liability for any items lost on their way to us without proof of postage.
